As a Technical Account Manager, you will:

  • Collect, analyze and change recommendations of configuration information.
  • Collect and analyze customer network information.
  • Collect and analyze packet trace information.
  • Recommend actions based on analysis.
  • Educate customers (gaps in networking, product knowledge etc.).
  • Provide installation and configuration assistance.
  • Reproduce customer environments on lab equipment.
  • Follow up technical cases and manage the right expectation until the closure of the cases.
  • Conduct weekly status conference calls with customers to report status of open issues and projects.
  • Conduct quarterly site visits for your managed accounts.
  • Develop best practice deployment and troubleshooting methodology documentation.
  • Analyze support request, complete the requests for information and documentation.
  • Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

You would act as the Systems Engineer for Telco and MSSP sectors.

As a Systems Engineer (Telco), you will:

  • Work together with our customers to create new services/solutions for Telco/MSSP business with Fortinet products.
  • Play an integral role in providing pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
  • Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients.
  • Effectively carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
  • Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demo.
  • Provide product training for Telco/MSSP customers as part of pre-sales activities.

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Telco and MSSP space.
  • Are currently or have previously worked in a pre-sales engineer role, managing end to end technical aspects of deals, through to technical closure.
  • Exceptional skillset designing and building networks using Routing, Switching, VPN, SD-WAN, Firewalls.
  • Have a high aptitude for security technology such as NGFW, Application Delivery, SASE, WAF, ZTNA, EDR/XDR, etc.
  • Have a technical knowledge/experience of NOC/SOC solutions such as SIEM and SOAR or MNO specific solutions such as CGN, SecGW, WAAP, GTP-FW etc.
  • Experience in handling lab setup and proof-of-concept (POC).
  • Experience in private/public cloud deployment, such as KVM, ESXi, OpenStack, K8s, AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Google Cloud, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Verbal and written communication in English and Japanese.

As a Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations in the Japan offices, mainly Tokyo office
  • Handles reception calls, visitors, and mail, provide support for invoices and purchasing, office facility support, and assist with internal events.
  • Single point of contact for Building owners and those management companies.
  • Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Update the PO tracker
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Warmly receive office guests
  • Accept and ship out packages and mail
  • Help to keep office well-stocked

We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • People/Interpersonal Skills
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
