You would act as the Sales Administrator.
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
- Managing the day-to-day operations in the Japan offices, mainly Tokyo office
- Handles reception calls, visitors, and mail, provide support for invoices and purchasing, office facility support, and assist with internal events.
- Single point of contact for Building owners and those management companies.
- Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Update the PO tracker
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Warmly receive office guests
- Accept and ship out packages and mail
- Help to keep office well-stocked
We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- People/Interpersonal Skills
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
