As a Office Administrator, you will:
- Maintain office matters such as logistics, room, and miscellaneous administration.
- Attend internal meetings, and external meetings as requested by case.
- Handle reception calls, visitors, and mail, provide support for accounting (expenses, invoices, purchasing), office facility support, manage verification equipment in both domestic and overseas warehouses, and assist with internal events.
- Have a basic understanding of all tasks to ensure mutual support.
