As the Director of Change Enablement, you’ll serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, partnering across F5 to design, develop, and deliver transformational change campaigns that bring our Digital purpose to life: Together, we build a better digital F5.

Core Responsibilities

· Lead Change & Enablement for Transformation Initiatives - Drive enablement strategies for enterprise-scale, mission-critical initiatives aligned to annual Digital and company goals.

· Design and Execute Change Strategies - Apply proven methodologies, lean principles, and design thinking to develop and deliver change plans that enhance understanding, engagement, and adoption.

· Influence and Communicate with Impact - Deliver compelling, story-driven communications and presentations to stakeholders at all levels, driving clarity, alignment, and momentum.

· Define Best Practices and Tools - Establish standardized templates and frameworks for persona-based impact assessments, adoption KPIs, communication, and training plans.

· Build and Lead a High-Performing Team - Coach and mentor Change Enablement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Drive Practice Evolution - Identify and implement enhancements to Digital’s Change Enablement methodologies, tools, and operating rhythms.

· Measure and Report Outcomes - Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess adoption, measure success, and inform future strategies.

· Anticipate and Manage Risks - Apply critical thinking to identify change barriers and define mitigation and recovery plans.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Deep expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR etc.) and their application to business transformation.

· Proven ability to design and lead complex, cross-functional change programs using multiple engagement methods and communication channels.

· Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to communicate complex concepts with clarity and impact.

· Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with executives, peers, and stakeholders.

· Skilled in design thinking facilitation, connecting vision, strategy, and business outcomes.

· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify root causes and develop scalable, people-centric solutions.

· Experienced in multiple delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid) and adept at adjusting approaches accordingly.

· Proven track record of building and leading a high-performing team

Qualifications

· 12+ years of business management consulting or equivalent experience.

· 6+ years leading change management, communications, and/or training for large-scale, complex technology programs.

· 6+ years managing and developing high-performing Change professionals.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field; Master’s preferred.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); Smartsheet experience a plus.

The Director, Digital Marketing Programs will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of North America marketing programs with a mandate to accelerate regional pipeline.


· Lead the vision, priorities, and operational model of the North America Regional Demand Centre with a digital-first mindset.
· Define marketing strategies that combine digital, paid media, and account-based motions to drive pipeline.
· Partner with channel, field marketing & sales leadership as well as corporate teams (including industry and integrated marketing, PMM) to ensure strategies and programs are defined, adapted, and executed in ways that support account engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue outcomes relevant for the NAMER region.
· Define and report KPIs including digital engagement, MQLs, meetings, opportunities, and influenced revenue.
· Evaluate omni-channel campaign performance and share insights with leadership to drive optimization.
· Build a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing team with a focus on continuous funnel optimization. This includes partnering with BDRs and sales on feedback loops for lead quality, and adapting campaigns to improve conversion across every stage of the funnel.
· Lead, coach, and inspire a team of marketers across digital, campaign strategy, and operations.
· Foster innovation by encouraging new approaches in digital, creative, and omni-channel demand generation.
· Provide continuous development opportunities for team members to grow as digital-first marketers.



· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
· 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong emphasis on digital marketing and demand generation.
· Proven success leading omni-channel campaigns and digital strategies that delivered measurable pipeline.
· Experience managing multi-functional marketing teams (digital, field, creative, operations).
· Deep understanding of digital platforms, paid media, marketing automation (Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce).
· Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions (security, networking, cloud, SaaS) is preferred.

· Leadership experience developing high-performing marketing teams.

Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, including consolidation of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, across multiple countries and currencies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Lead our external financial reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate SEC (10-K, 10-Q) and other required filings.
  • Oversee and provide insight into the preparation and review of financial statements, footnote and other disclosures, as well as the MD&A to ensure alignment with requirements and best practices.
  • Lead quarterly meetings (e.g. disclosure committee) and other ad hoc meetings, with executive attendance concerning our financial statements and disclosures.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of local statutory reports, audits, and tax filings in all relevant jurisdictions, partnering with the tax team when applicable.
  • Stay informed about evolving global financial regulations and policies, adjusting company processes as needed to maintain compliance.

Accounting:

  • Proven expertise in managing complex financial operations, including financial reporting, and internal controlsin a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Coupa), financial reporting software (Workiva), and financial automation tools (UiPath, Alteryx), strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Possess a critical thinking mindset with an execution skillset.
  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Expert knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
  • Deep understanding of technical accounting and US GAAP.
  • Experience in specific financial reporting disclosures within the technology industry (i.e. SaaS KPIs, etc) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
