Your Responsibilities

Your job would consist of supporting our team primarily in:

  • assisting with consulting, audits, and controls of projects in the area of EU funds
  • working with information systems, assisting in verifying and evaluating projects and their compliance with legislative regulations
  • searching, comparing, and verifying information related to the project- supporting colleagues in addressing tasks related to administration
  • preparing documents for printing, scanning, organizing and processing files, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted to clients.

Skills and Qualifications for Success

  • Student in the 4th or 5th year of university majoring in economics, management, law, or public administration.
  • Fluency in Slovak and English.
  • Analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel and its functions).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team. Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of the EU funds environment, project cycle, and public procurement law is an advantage.

Your key responsibilities

• Work with internal systems and databases

• Issue client invoices
