Your key responsibilities
• Handling incoming phone calls,
• Managing conference rooms and meetings,
• Managing and recording company correspondence, collaborating with couriers and the postal service,
• Managing company orders and purchases, collaborating with suppliers and service providers,
• Active participation in the operational tasks of the office,
• Performing additional tasks assigned by company management, including ad hoc matters that will form your further job responsibilities.
