Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Technology Consulting Teams in München, Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, Berlin oder Hamburg unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen zu Themen wie IT-Strategie, Digitalisierung und Big Data Analytics Solutions und begleitest komplexe Transformationsvorhaben. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung unseres Beratungsteams, Kennenlernen des operativen Projektgeschäfts
• Mitwirkung an verschiedenen Arbeitsschritten, von der strategischen Ausarbeitung bis hin zum operativen Controlling
• Prüfung von Unterlagen und Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kund:innen vor Ort

Dein Skillset

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit entsprechender Vertiefung etwa in Bereichen Rechnungslegung oder Finance sowie erste praktische Erfahrung z.B. durch ein Praktikum
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (B2) und Englisch (B2)

・評価等制度の運用業務（Global制度、Local運用等、各種制度に則った運用）
・評価に関連するデータの管理・集計やビジネス側への提供や問い合わせ対応、ビジネス側の評価とそれに伴う評価・昇格・昇級等の決定に至るまでの運用サポート、評価者やカウンセラーの教育、報酬改定運用への連携

評価制度の運用や整備などに５年以上携わったご経験をお持ちの方、1500人以上の外資系会社組織の評価業務経験

リードPFAは財務およびビジネスポリシー、ツール、ベストプラクティスの最前線に立ちEYTAX のエンゲージメントとプロジェクトの戦略的な財務および事業管理と分析を支援しEYTAXのリーダーシップを効果的にサポートします。

The opportunity

The Lead PFA will sit within EYTAX and have a deep understanding of EYTAX’s financial performance with a strong focus on engagement margins, leveraging their insights to help shape initiatives and commercial strategies that will lead to improved margin performance.

The Lead PFA will be an expert in advising PPEDs and their teams which optimizes margin at pursuit, engagement, or portfolio level where there is the complexity and materiality, drawing on strong commercial, financial and consulting skills.

They will also have proven coaching skills to help guide the Finance Tax Team Assistants, an important part of EYTAX’s Commercial Management Team.

Your key responsibilities

Service Line and Sub-Service Line Level Expertise

● Provide business insight related to SSLs’ engagement and client level margin, revenue recognition and inventory performance

● Focus on scenarios and portfolios that are complex, unique and material in nature

● Support to shape solutions and/or drive ad-hoc projects that improve support and advice to EYTAX leadership and PAPs

● Share forward looking margin and business insights gained from working closely with the business and PFAs to ensure EYTAX leadership is equipped with the knowledge to drive better business decisions

● Proactive oversight by exception to support improved financial performance in modelling pricing scenarios right through to the end of the engagement lifecycle where there is complexity and materiality

● Provide on demand financial advisory support because of complex queries from EYTAX leadership

● Create and lead a PFA team which can support the above scaled up

Teaming

● Teams with the EYTAX’s Finance function to foster positive and collaborative relationships, knowledge sharing, agree priorities and shaping of strategies that will improve margin performance

● Works closely with the EYTAX’s Commercial Management Lead to shape training strategies to strengthen the team’s competencies to ensure exceptional client service to the business

● Coaches the Finance TTAs through experiential learning and identification of stretch opportunities to help them to achieve their full potential

Drives continuous improvement

● Shapes new solutions, implement best practices and processes to optimize EYTAX partners’ financial performance

● Invests in staying connected with the business in order to share knowledge, collaborate and drive business focus

● Networks with fellow PFAs and strategic finance folk globally within EY network to share knowledge, collaborate and implement best practice

● Stays up to date with the firm’s latest policies, processes and tools and proposes recommendations where there is a need

To qualify for this role, you must have
