About the Role

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors Learning implementations, lead client engagements, and mentor junior consultants. Required Skills & Qualifications

As a trusted advisor to our energy clients, you will work directly with cybersecurity leaders and managers to help them solve complex identity challenges across both IT and OT environments, spanning topics such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Access Management (AM), and Zero Trust enablement.

Client & Market Leadership

• Serve as the go-to Digital Identity leader for EY’s Energy sector leadership team, supporting key accounts and sector growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key DI stakeholders across Energy clients, including IT, OT, and cybersecurity leaders.
• Lead pre-sales conversations, shape solutions, and support the full pursuit lifecycle including proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Extensive Cybersecurity Experience : A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years focused on digital identity, including design and implementation of IAM/IGA/PAM solutions. Along with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex cybersecurity projects.

What we offer

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $92,300 to $153,800 Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
