Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Lead client workshops and decision-making sessions focused on HR process optimization and time management architecture.

Implementation & Integration

  • Lead full-cycle implementations of Employee Central and Employee Central Time.
  • Oversee configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure integration with payroll, time tracking, and third-party systems.

Solution Ownership & Innovation

  • Own the end-to-end solution design for Employee Central and Time modules.
  • Apply SAP best practices and introduce innovations from the SAP ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local time management regulations.

Program Delivery & Coordination

  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams and offshore resources.
  • Maintain project timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations and client expectations.

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor consultants and analysts across multiple geographies.
  • Enforce accountability and promote continuous learning.

Change Enablement & Adoption

  • Partner with change management teams to drive user adoption.
  • Lead training and enablement sessions for HR and operations teams.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Time.
  • Strong understanding of global HR and time management processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale HRIS implementations.
  • Proficiency in configuration, data migration, and integration.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead teams across onshore/offshore models.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Employee Central and Time.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Certification in Employee Central Time.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll, WorkForce Software, or Kronos.
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM and other SuccessFactors modules.
