JOB SUMMARY:

• Assist the Immigration team for preparation, submission, collection, and follow up approval with the relevant authorities on all assignment relating to Immigration services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Submit applications related to work/stay permits and other permits to the relevant government offices.
• Perform regular follow up to the government offices for all submitted applications and ensure that the completion date based on the agreed timeline.
• Assist delivery of original expatriate document to client premises.
• Assist completion of relevant government forms required for submission.
• Provide update to Immigration team on any announcement made at the government offices

relating to process and procedure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any major.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure.

• Intermediate practical skills in Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.

• Practical experience with platforms, such as SAP, Tableau or other ERP systems.
• Ability to create dashboards and visual reports that communicate trends and findings.

Job purpose:

• EY Regional Shared Services is seeking a Junior Anti-money Laundering Specialist to research, prepare and complete anti-money laundering (AML) due diligence records for its clients.
• The candidate will be a member of a risk management team focused on Know Your Client (KYC), the central team responsible for the timely completion of KYC records.
• This is a centralized role, therefore, as part of your job, you will be assigned to support a few EY member practices with KYC procedures of that member practice.
