As the Executive Talent Attraction Consultant, you will join our global Talent Attraction team to design and deliver sourcing strategies to support Executive Hiring within the Oceania region. You will contribute to business growth and talent priorities through targeted search activity and market insights with a focus on providing the best possible candidate and client experience. You'll be joining a team of highly skilled and passionate Talent Attraction & Acquisition professionals in a supportive, inclusive and flexible environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the Service Lines to understand business imperatives.
  • Work closely with the Oceania Executive Talent Attraction & Acquisition Lead to define sourcing strategies, complete market mapping activities and build candidate pipelines to align to business priorities.
  • Provide market insights and develop data driven recruitment strategies.
  • Drive delivery of a “best in class” experience for all candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all Oceania and Global processes.

  • Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search lead including team lifts.

  • The ability to team globally with dispersed and centralised teams.
  • Experience within Executive Recruitment across Asia Pacific will be highly regarded

As our Data Architect you'll play a key role in driving solution architecture design, evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case. You will partner with key roles (eg. project managers, business analysts, etc) to create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet the financial targets (costs and benefits).

Your key responsibilities

  • Data modelling and architecting skills including strong foundation in data warehousing concepts, data normalisation, dimensional data modelling and a variety of data models including data vault

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients

Our Sales and Use Tax Lookback Review COE is a national team which leads large multi-state, sales and use tax recovery projects for EY’s largest clients. Your key responsibilities

It’s fair to say there’s no average day for a Sales and Use Tax Senior in the Sales and Use Tax Lookback Review COE – so you’re likely to spend your time on a diverse array of projects, responsibilities and tasks. Whatever you’re working on, our clients will turn to you for up-to-the-minute tax advice they can always rely on. To make that happen, you’ll be working in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role.

Skills and attributes for success

· Researching our clients’ business operations and building long-lasting relationships with them

· Identifying applicable sales and use tax exemptions and exclusions

· Identifying potential overpayment opportunities or risks and communicating these to our clients

· Monitoring current tax law changes, to maintain your credibility as a trusted advisor

· Developing clear, intelligent plans and approaches for sales and use tax recoveries

· Preparing and defending sales and use tax refund claims

· Participating on a motivated team of professionals

· Supervising a motivated team of professionals, guaranteeing they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential

To qualify for the role, you must have

· A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline

· Professional knowledge in a broad range of sales and use tax processes, concepts and tools

· A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization

· Technical writing and research experience in a tax context

· The ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects

· Strong influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processes

· Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

· An achieved or partially achieved CPA qualification, certification as a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, CMI designation, or the ability to sit for a state bar

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $80,900 to $133,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $97,100 to $152,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

As our Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator you’ll join our fun and dynamic team on a 12 month contract . As part of this role, you'll provide support to the Campus Recruiters and Managers throughout the campus recruitment cycle to attract and recruit the best student talent to EY.

Your key responsibilities

  • Promote events by sending promotion materials to careers services, faculties and student societies.
  • Prepare for recruitment events including; managing student registrations, coordinating logistics for virtual and face to face events including, setting up log-in links, room bookings, catering, calendar invitations, preparation of name badges and event schedules.
  • Attend recruitment events on campus, EY premises as well as virtually. Alsom screen and manage candidate applications throughout the recruitment process using our recruitment system, and ensuring high levels of candidate care during the selection stages of recruitment.
