About the Lead Engineering Project Manager:
    • Champion the adoption of new initiatives and continual service improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and service quality.
    • Collaborate with global teams across Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Support to improve service resilience, incident prevention and drive initiatives to improve work methods using a continuous improvement background.
    • Drive Problem Management initiatives, facilitating RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and ensuring long-term corrective actions are implemented.
    • Lead end-to-end incident management lifecycle, including triage, coordination of resolution efforts, communications, and executive-level post-incident reviews.
    • Provide overall team leadership on critical issues, driving mitigation, root cause analysis, and preventive action initiatives.
    • Provide support for major incidents and escalations as needed.
    • Oversee Change Management practices, ensuring risk-based change reviews, quality control of change records, and reporting of change success and failure rates.
    • Provide data-driven reporting and dashboards to executive key stakeholders for operational transparency and performance trends across technology platforms.
    • Support SOX audit readiness by contributing to compliance documentation, evidence gathering, and control validations.
    • Lead cross-functional service governance and review meetings.
    • Provide support for major incidents and escalations, including nights and weekends as needed.
About you as the Lead Engineering Project Manager:
    • 8+ years in project management, functionally leading project teams to drive complex solutions across technology teams, project managers and customer success teams.
    • Background in Continuous Improvement (Lean) with demonstrated implementation programs to drive change.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive change in a dynamic fast fast-paced environment.
    • 8+ years of experience in leadership in Technical Support.
    • Deep understanding in the Product Development cycle and ability to influence outcomes.
    • Expertise in ITIL frameworks, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive resolution across global teams.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including writing executive summaries and facilitating post-mortems.
    • Experience with engineering tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence) and alerting tools like PagerDuty.
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
    • PMP Certification and Lean Sigma (LLS) certification with practical implementation.
Preferred Qualifications of the Lead Engineering Project Manager:
    • Critical thinking and ability to influence cross-functional and global teams.
    • Experience leading process improvement or service maturity initiatives.
    • Hands-on experience developing SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
    • Big Picture & Details: You'll help shape the product vision and roadmap, but also get into the nitty-gritty of writing requirements for engineers. Like, really detailed stuff in Jira and Confluence.
    • Customer Focus: It's all about solving customer problems. You'll be the voice of the customer, making sure what gets built actually helps them out.
    • Lots of Collaboration: Get ready to work with everyone – product managers, engineers, designers, even legal. You'll be brainstorming ideas, gathering requirements, and getting everyone on the same page.
    • Story Time (User Stories): You'll be writing a ton of Epics and User Stories. These basically describe how new features will work. And you'll need to make sure they're super clear.
    • Making Things Visual: Think wireframes, flowcharts – anything to help explain how a product should work. Plus, you'll be doing resentations.
    • Testing, Testing: You'll be checking out the product you helped create, not as a QA person, but more like, "Does this actually work like I thought it would?" and flagging any big bugs.

We’re building the future of app distribution—and we need a driven, detail-oriented Program Manager to help onboard and scale our ecosystem of app developers. In this role, you’ll own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for developers joining our alternative app store, ensuring it’s smooth, efficient, and empowering. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Tech & Product, and Legal to design, improve & manage onboarding programs that not only meet the needs of diverse developer profiles, but also help them launch and grow successfully on our platform.
Responsibilities:
    • Own the onboarding journey : Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs that get developers integrated and publishing quickly. You will serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process—ensuring timelines, requirements, and key milestones are met.
    • Act as a cross-functional hub : Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to identify friction points and advocate for improvements in developer tools and documentation.
    • Improve systems and tooling : Identify gaps & develop onboarding resources (e.g., guides, checklists, etc) to support developer success at cale.
    • Create feedback loops : Establish channels to gather developer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for internal teams.
    • Measure and optimize : Define key metrics around onboarding time, drop-off points, and developer satisfaction—then iterate to improve.
    • Own app approvals & updates : Monitor incoming applications and app updates and ensure apps are approved and loaded in a timely manner. Ensure installation failures are minimized by appropriately testing and monitoring process.
Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience in program management, technical onboarding, or partner operationsProven track record of working cross-functionally to drive programs to completion.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with onboarding automation tools, CRM systems, and developer documentation is a plus.
    • Experience working in alternative distribution channels or non-traditional app stores would be nice to have!
    • Understanding of developer monetization models, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads would be a bonus!
    • Background in working with startups or independent developers would be awesome!

Besides Digital Turbines mobile advertising solutions we are bringing ONE Store, an Alternative App Store, originally from Korea to a global audience. ONE store is currently soft launching in the US and gearing up to expand into Europe and LATAM in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Business Development: Direct communication with developers will be part of your role. You should be comfortable pitching to developers both during online calls as well as on the occasional conference or face to face meeting & cater your message to their needs. Being able to manage various accounts, all in different stages of the sales Pipeline. From outreach to follow ups and check ins we want to make sure we stay actively involved with the conversion of our partners.
    • Support: The BD Team for ONE Store is hands-on and we try to help out where we can, if your partner needs some help during onboarding or has a follow up question you should be able to either point them in the right direction or try to find a solution. There is also accountability for post-sale/account management.
    • We care about long term relationships – after a partner is onboarded we will try to optimize the performance of their games, spot new opportunities and assist other internal DT teams in doing the same.
    • Teamwork: DT has a group of fantastic sales and account managers all focused on various products. This means many developers already have a contact within Digital Turbine. We will assist our colleagues in converting existing partners to join ONE Store. You will also be working closely with other departments that are working on the store, but with a different focus, including content, ops and more.
Qualifications:
    • Possess at least 3 years experience & proven track record in working directly with partners either in business development or account management role
    • Experience in the mobile gaming industry
    • Strong understanding of mobile marketing, mobile game publishing or mobile platforms and terminology (i.e. CPI, ARPPU, APK, etc.)
    • Have an understanding of the key players in the mobile market as well as what developers care about
    • Past experience working and partnering with developers
    • Ability bring a consultative sales approach to developers- specifically what do they care about, what are their hurdles, what do they respond well to, what are the motivational factors, etc.
    • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, across various teams and nationalities.
    • Global/international experience is a big plus
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • The ideal candidate will be located in the United States and should have flexibility to work in the EMEA and in US time zones.
    • Previous experience working with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
$103,000 - $129,000 a year
, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Note, there will also be a commission structure added to this package.
