The Digital Turbine Ecosystem is creating meaningful and rewarding experiences for users, app publishers, and advertisers. We supercharge awareness, acquisition and monetization — connecting our partners to more consumers, in more ways, across more devices. Besides Digital Turbines mobile advertising solutions we are bringing ONE Store, an Alternative App Store, originally from Korea to a global audience. ONE store is currently soft launching in the US and gearing up to expand into Europe and LATAM in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Business Development: Direct communication with developers will be part of your role. You should be comfortable pitching to developers both during online calls as well as on the occasional conference or face to face meeting & cater your message to their needs. Being able to manage various accounts, all in different stages of the sales Pipeline. From outreach to follow ups and check ins we want to make sure we stay actively involved with the conversion of our partners.
    • Support: The BD Team for ONE Store is hands-on and we try to help out where we can, if your partner needs some help during onboarding or has a follow up question you should be able to either point them in the right direction or try to find a solution. There is also accountability for post-sale/account management.
    • We care about long term relationships – after a partner is onboarded we will try to optimize the performance of their games, spot new opportunities and assist other internal DT teams in doing the same.
    • Teamwork: DT has a group of fantastic sales and account managers all focused on various products. This means many developers already have a contact within Digital Turbine. We will assist our colleagues in converting existing partners to join ONE Store. You will also be working closely with other departments that are working on the store, but with a different focus, including content, ops and more.
Qualifications:
    • Possess at least 3 years experience & proven track record in working directly with partners either in business development or account management role
    • Experience in the mobile gaming industry
    • Strong understanding of mobile marketing, mobile game publishing or mobile platforms and terminology (i.e. CPI, ARPPU, APK, etc.)
    • Have an understanding of the key players in the mobile market as well as what developers care about
    • Past experience working and partnering with developers
    • Ability bring a consultative sales approach to developers- specifically what do they care about, what are their hurdles, what do they respond well to, what are the motivational factors, etc.
    • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, across various teams and nationalities.
    • Global/international experience is a big plus
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • The ideal candidate will be located in the United States and should have flexibility to work in the EMEA and in US time zones.
    • Previous experience working with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
$103,000 - $129,000 a year
, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Note, there will also be a commission structure added to this package.
