Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Engineering Science, Mathematics or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Experience developing comprehensive project plans, allocating resources, identifying risks, creating mitigation strategies, and managing challenges to ensure project success.
Experience setting performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, and conducting regular performance evaluation to support the professional development of team members.
Experience developing strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and anticipating future challenges.
Analyzing complex problems, gathering relevant data, and synthesizing information to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making processes.
Developing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Experience with PCB SMT and DFM process.
Experience in safety certification standards such as UL and TUV, including developing batteries with certification requirements, understanding the certification process, and managing its the logistical aspect.
