Essential Requirements
Undergraduate or Master's Degree earned in a technical field no more than 36 months before start date.
Excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and Swedish – strong communication skills are key.
Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and being an innovative thinker with a self-starter, desire-to-win type mindset.
Consultative technical design and selling skills combined with a strong aptitude for technical curiosity.
Interested in continuous learning and committed to developing technical and consultative capabilities.
Desirable Requirements
Internship experience in technology-related field or a technology company.
Participation in roles outside of class (clubs, sports, etc.)

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers through digital communication. You will own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
•Gain new accounts and seek opportunities in your account territory
•Manage small- to medium-sized accounts
•Stay informed of industry trends to help resolve specific market challenges
•Recommend business solutions supported with data•Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings

Perform outbound sales activities such as outbound calling, following-up on requests, sales qualifications
Provide product information to new and/or existing B2B customers and create sales pipeline
Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives or to Account Managers in the NGSA team.
Attend regular trainings about the Dell Products & Services Portfolio and learn how to do whiteboards and to structure a Sales conversation
Daily tasks will include outbound calling, including preparing for a call and meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and Sales opportunities
Engage in custom campaigns in assigned Territory
Essential Requirements
University degree (graduation year 2023-2025)
A strong work ethic, drive and enthusiasm, Passion for sales and technology
Outgoing personality, coachability, Research skills, curiosity about business components, attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, Team approach
Native Swedish language skills and Fluent English is a must
