Duties: Conduct requirement analysis and system design. Work with the product managers and business users to understand the requirements, identify, document, and execute the database technical work needed for the end product, monitor, and maintain the database application. Collaborate with business team and product managers to discuss the business requirements for effective systems database design. Design data systems to serve use cases based on factors such as performance and reliability. Create technical design document, which includes both high-level design and low-level design. Responsible for development, including designing and developing database programs, and executing coding and development tasks. Conduct unit and integration testing. Develop data models, database objects, and related artifacts. Serve as a subject matter expert to provide technical solutions and support to developers. Prepare reports and correspondences concerning project specifications, activities, and status. Responsible for performing production releases and monitoring the stability of the production database. Perform CD/CI. Perform data analysis with structured, semi-structured and unstructured data. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Technology Lead, Software Developer, Senior SQL Server/BI Developer, BI Consultant or related position creating automated test cases and validating steps to ensure software quality. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
