As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Cisco Sales team to drive our go-to-market efforts and support technical sales activities. • Practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their applications, including understanding language models (LLMs), and experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Good understanding of programming/scripting: (e.g., Python, Go) for customizing solutions, creating scripts, or automating tasks.
• Experience with AI relevant infrastructure, including Networking (InfiniBand and RoCE), Storage (FC, IP and scale out) and AI accelerators (GPUs etc).
• Excellent presentation skills – ability to value-sell and deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on AI and/or infrastructure topics.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in Data Science is a plus.
• Good understanding of the Neocloud market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends within the neo cloud provider ecosystem, e.g their cost structures and differentiation from hyperscalers.
• Understanding CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ability to design and optimize scalable and secure cloud solutions, including knowledge of virtual machines, serverless computing, and various cloud services.

You will be supporting multiple development teams within the engineering organization, focusing on the security of NSO (network orchestration and automation), CWM (workflow), and Foresight (AI agents). You should be comfortable working in a Linux environment and have experience from development. You will also have responsibility for the organizational process and compliance with the company software requirements. This includes internal requirements, threat models, as well as day-to-day support to managers and developers.

As an Account Executive, you will create and implement a sales strategy to meet sales targets for our AI products and services. You'll identify and prioritise key accounts while developing strong relationships with decision-makers and partners. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their business challenges, and analyse opportunities for AI solutions will be essential in this role.

You will collaborate with the Software Product Development team and Solutions architect to develop network services configuration automation software, orchestration and management tools. The software features will include instantiating virtual network functions (VNF) and/or container network functions (CNF) and/or configuring virtual and physical devices in the network. You will work within a small team to:

Design, code, test and deploy services as part of our configuration automation, written mostly in Python using industry leading NSO (network services orchestrator) platform
