Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, lasting relationships.
• Regularly communicate with clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Proactively monitor and manage the client’s satisfaction, ensuring that services and products meet or exceed expectations.

• Develop and execute strategies for expanding business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive account growth.

• Collaborate with wit all internal team to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and grow all revenue streams from the account.
• Provide support during contract negotiations and renewals, helping clients understand the value proposition and ensuring they receive optimal service.
• Assist in setting up and managing customer accounts in the SFDC.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.
• Proven experience in account management, selling solutions, subscriptions and services (10 years minimum).

• Proven track record of selling to enterprise accounts.

, Ensure to create managed services offer. Help the partner to align GTM

• Evaluate current partner's technical readiness relative to Cisco’s technical strategy (solutions, services, product, quality of service, reputation) and identify gaps in readiness
• Provide technical direction and influence new and existing partners toward developing new Cisco solutions and services offerings.
• Work with and influence partner to develop new partner practices aligned with Cisco’s architectural plays
• Coordinate with PAM, Partner SE leader & Extended Team in structuring new partnerships

Market Analysis and Planning

• Provide strategic feedback regarding partner landscape, and technology and solution trends within a local market (strategic)

• Build the partner Technical Business Plan
• Analyze and give recommendations on partner technical needs, goals, and objectives. Involve learning partners and internal partner training to help the partner reach a higher technical sales and service capability
• Ensure partner technical resources are provided appropriate products, solutions and architecture training. Assist in training partner sales teams
• Provide positioning and real time use case development training (for partner to use with customer) to senior partner technical leadership. Focus training around architecturally positioning Cisco solutions and services
• Participate in development, measurement and management of the partner’s Technical Readiness Plan
• Apply Requirements Processes as needed for key features / product requests

• Adapt existing or develop new Cisco solutions that address a specific partner need
• Cross communicate Cisco and partner value propositions, especially between partner and Cisco field SEs
• Aggressively capture insight into strategic / high-value opportunities that the partner is pursuing and connect with Cisco field team

• Act as key contact and customer first contact point for partner technical issues within Cisco
• Educate partners and promote use of Cisco remote support model and effective use of partner and customer support tools (e.g. TAC, TSN, Partner Helpline, PDI, etc.)

• Be the technical inspiring leader
• To show the value proposition thru partner practices
• Provide feedback to Cisco business units (Products and Marketing) on features and solutions gaps in current products and coordinated solutions (Cisco / other vendors)
• Research and build collateral positioning the technical trends of the internetworking industry

Qualify (Partner Led)

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent
• 8-11 years field technical sales experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent
• Advanced technical knowledge in the Networking (SDx/Wireless), Security and Cloud & Datacenter technologies.
