Summary:

  • The Commercial Client Operations (CCO) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing an array of services that enable us to care for the needs of our Commercial Banking clients by fulfilling client requests through email or voice channels within prescribed timelines. The requests include but are not limited to general servicing, account inquiries and maintenance, account servicing change-in signers and further account research.

  • Effectively navigate back office systems to review/research incoming client requests through email or phone call, provide resolution to the client request and communicate resolution

  • Maintain service levels while completing research and client requests

  • Identify, analyze and provide proactive feedback to management regarding trends and areas of opportunity for process improvement. This may include process improvement and flags potential risks in accordance with company and regulatory standards, policies, practices

  • Execute job duties following policies, standards and/or procedures within target turnaround times and quality levels; bring awareness to management any constraints or concerns

  • Work with partners driving to root cause and identifying sustainable, repeatable solutions to ensure repeat occurrences are avoided for all clients when complaints, problems and/or issues arise

  • Collaborate within and across teams and organizations to analyze and resolve client issues

  • May be assigned other job-related duties from time to time

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in Commercial Banking

  • College level or any equivalent work experience

  • At least 1 year customer service experience or any equivalent work experience

  • Problem solving skills in recommending solutions to address customer needs and expectations

  • Communication skills in delivering appropriate, direct, and straightforward information

  • Appropriately tailors written and verbal communications.

  • Strong understanding of de-escalation techniques and the end-to-end process of servicing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to work autonomously – be self-sufficient and a self-starter

  • Able to deliver multiple work expectations efficiently

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced, high volume customer focus call center

  • Customer orientation in understanding and listening to customer concerns

Basic Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience performing data analytics

    • At least 3 years of experience working with at least one scripting language

    • At least 3 years of experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool

    • At least 3 years of experience in querying, analyzing and working with data languages and platforms

  • Skills Required:

    • Scripting experience in (Python, R, Spark, and SQL)

    • Strong desire and experience with data in various forms (data warehouses/SQL, unstructured data)

    • Experience utilizing and developing within AWS services

    • Willing to work in a night shift schedule

    • Willing to work in a hybrid schedule

    • Willing to work in Alabang

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline

  • At least 4 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL

  • At least 4 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies – Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.

  • At least 2 years of experience leading multiple projects

  • Support over-all Total Rewards Strategy

    • Compensation:

      • Create and process Payroll Credit requests for site awards (ex: COTG, Site awards, R&R, and others) in accordance with PCRF and award guidelines

      • Validate and approve Site PCRFs such as LOB R&R, NRRF, Queue Allowances, Completion Bonus, and endorse for approval to Finance and processing to Payroll

      • Monitor R&R Bi-weekly PCRF reminders, track submissions, provide MOR R&R Data request

      • Collaborate with HRBP for job description audit and update in Workday; Create and update job description in Workday

    • Benefits:

      • Support for Webinar events such as program flow and deck preparation, hosting, synthesizing of questions

      • Wellness Programs Support

        • Monitor and update the Wellness Programs Tracker

        • Prepare the monthly program report for the Safety and Health Committee

        • Assist in annual report preparation

    • Rewards & Recognition:

      • Process Service Awards validation for Payroll (Tenure Based Award Incentive), printing of letters, procurement intake, congratulatory email notification to associates as well as releasing schedule of plaques, coordination of sorting/inventory of plaques with WPS

      • Collaborate with Comms Team for actual COTG events/celebration

  • Overall Total Rewards Support:

    • TR merchandise inventory and monitoring (Monitoring, Inventory, Releasing of raffle items, materials, etc. for Total Rewards Activities)

    • Coordinate and schedule TR meetings (as needed)

    • Prepare site-wide communications drafts

    • Periodic Market Scanning

    • LWI preparations

    • Request additional PTO and L&D course for promotion, Procurement Intake, Purchase Order

    • Represent TR in Refreshers, ICON, among others

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Basic Qualifications:
