To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• 6+ years of experience in technical writing or content editing with a strong editorial background, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams, providing editorial guidance to junior staff while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of content governance and compliance standards, with experience enforcing style guides and ensuring content quality.
• Familiarity with content optimization techniques, including SEO and readability improvement strategies.
• Proficiency with editorial tools and platforms such as Confluence, Grammarly, and other content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams to meet project goals.
