As the Lead Program Manager / Partner Relationship Leader (PRM) at BMC, you will be responsible for driving improvement in our partner relationship and program capability. This includes liaising with the partner communities to establish effective communication and marketing activities, management of our business investment funding program and in the many required event strategies for all of our partner channels. You will work cross-functionally across partner operations, partner and corporate marketing, digital sales, and finance teams to ensure corporate alignment and execution of joint partner strategies and enable sustainable BMC growth by maximizing partner contribution and influence by unlocking massive productivity across the ecosystem.

- Help design and manage modern business investment program to support partner growth initiatives.
- Oversee program, ensuring effective allocation of resources for partner rebates, co-marketing efforts, partner-led events, digital campaigns, account-based marketing, sponsorships, etc.
- Manage budget tracking, approvals, and reporting to ensure transparency and strategic investments.
- Work closely with finance to maintain compliance and optimize fund utilization.
- Unlock efficiencies through standardization across all aspects of indirect business (contracts, enablement, reporting, partner success).
- Assist in the continued optimization of the partner program across people, technology and partner processes.
- Help Manage Monthly reporting in conjunction with Partner operations on partner progress across pipeline, accreditation, closed booked revenue, new logo etc.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to develop messaging and content that enhances BMC presence in our partners and delivers an outstanding partner experience.
- Work directly with partners to establish and execute communication strategies tailored by geography and market needs.
- Educate internal stakeholders on partner initiatives and opportunities through internal structured communication plans.
- Ensure internal teams understand and support partner-driven initiatives.
- Assist the BU GPS leaders in the execution of the business cases associated with AMI cloud and DBA mid-market velocity
- Ensure strategy aligns with corporate and all other key stakeholders' goals.
- Execute mindshare expansion programs including digital campaigns, account-based marketing, and sponsorships.
- Align with digital sales teams to develop and implement joint marketing and sales motions with partners.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- You have 5+ years of Partner and/or Field Marketing experience managing and executing a mix of direct marketing activities that build the brand, create demand, and accelerate pipeline (i.e., face-to-face events, digital campaigns, account-based marketing, business development, etc.); enterprise software experience a plus.
- You are capable of managing, and driving engagements across areas within a very dynamic environment which includes sales, sales operations, marketing, communications, advertising, and corporate events
- Experience delivering successful campaigns and programs with strong ROI – on time, within budget.
- Comfortable providing a strong point of view on Partner Marketing engagements aligning sales and marketing ecosystems pursuing marketing best practices.
- You are a data-driven marketer with knowledge of marketing and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and other leading automation marketing software, SaaS or technologies to effectively run and measure ROI on all regional campaigns and programs.
