Role Description:

As a Technical Integration Consultant for CashPro Connect payments and Reporting, you will responsible for Implementing the Cash Management / Treasury bulk file payments and reporting solutions for our GPS clients. This is a client facing role which comprises of client outreach, stakeholder coordination, setup, verification, UAT file testing and Client production penny testing.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage the implementation of technical cash management solutions for EMEA GPS client base. This includes the connectivity through CashPro File import, ‘host to Host’ channels or SWIFT for all supported countries electronic payment/collection types & reporting, using both industry (ISO20022) and BOFA proprietary file formats

• Oversee the delivery and execution of the project in line with agreed delivery timelines, driving the client in order for the Bank to realise new revenue at the earliest opportunity, and to meet client expectation.

• Working in partnership with clients to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicate the project status; identify issues, resolution steps and deadlines

• Assisting clients with technical connectivity and file testing to facilitate a high percentage of Straight through Processing for transactions

• Provide consultancy and assistance to Sales and Product Teams to win new business, and in the ongoing development of new services and products.

• Coordinating with internal Business Partners as necessary to expedite project resolution.

• Must be able to demonstrate strong experience with client facing roles, both orally and written, to a very high standard, dealing with clients at all levels (from Senior Treasury Management to Accounts Payable and client technical teams.

• Ability to navigate and network with the Global Sales and GPS organisation.

• Experience of EDI and/or Bulk file payment processing systems, alongside Global File/Message Networks such as SWIFT or EBICS.

• Have experience with XML ISO 20022 file formatting (pain/camt/pacs) and / or SWIFT MT/MX messages.

• An understanding of the various clearing systems in Europe and the payment options available.

• Basic knowledge of Clients’ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and TMS (Treasury Management System) processes.

• SWIFT for Corporates Certification an advantage.

As a Treasury Sales Client Officer (TSCO) a part of the Global Commercial Banking (GCB) Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing treasury revenue and profitability across your own portfolio of current & prospective global companies. Being the primary regional sales contact for clients for inbound business booked in EMEA. The book is a large portfolio of clients across different industry segments. You will partner with global and regional support partners across the enterprise to present customised working capital & treasury solutions that meet client objectives within the confines of bank appetite.

To be successful in the role, you must maintain an intense client focus & client partnership to deliver treasury expertise, thought leadership and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of Global cash management products and services.

Responsibilities

Role activities and responsibilities may include:

  • Manage the day-to-day client relationship, developing existing client relationships across the client organisation from treasury, procurement, and account payable (AP) / accounts receivable (AR)

  • Drive revenue, solutions per relationship (SPR) and profitability growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with both strategic and tactical needs within the region of coverage

  • Proactively inform & advise clients ofenhancements/improvementsin our capabilities and provide regular market updates

  • Ensure complete alignment in client selection and growth strategy with our GCB colleagues

  • Act as GCB client Sales liaison with Credit and Risk, Compliance, Product Management, Client Delivery & Servicing, Implementation, and Operations

  • Provide client and market feedback to management and other business partners, including for product development and enhancement

  • Portfolio strategy and planning, actively engage in account planning exercises

  • Understand client objectives for and effectively match bank resources and capabilities against client requirements to develop business opportunities and identify cross-sell opportunities through account analysis & regular client interaction

  • Coordinate service reviews in partnership with Servicing and Fulfillment

The Europe and Middle East (EMEA) Payroll Team is responsible for the delivery of pay services across the EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager, you will be part of the team ensuring accurate pay service delivery in addition to meeting our tax and legal obligations.

You will work closely with the individual pay delivery teams, as well as the Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Global Mobility and HR Leadership.

This is a challenging, yet rewarding role that requires exceptional communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to effectively solve complex tax and pay related issues and advise key stakeholders. The ability to understand and clearly communicate issues and provide solutions is critical to success, as are flexibility, ability to multi-task, and sold time management skills to ensure multiple deadlines are met. There is a requirement to proactively identify employee and firm level issues and work to mitigate these whilst understanding the wider implications.

Key Overview

  • Reporting into the EMEA Payroll Manager. This senior Payroll consultant will support the France Payroll Team lead/manager. The position will be based within our EMEA Payroll Operations group within GHR Shared Services.
  • Delivering regular oversight to our monthly pay process, enhancing the expertise in the team, looking for efficiencies help to directing our pay vendor to ensure delivery for team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the monthly pay cycle, working with fellow EMEA Pay consultants and our Pay Vendors.
  • Ensure the management and processing of the monthly payroll for the France entities, including benefits and taxes employees in compliance with French legislation.
  • Working with the EMEA/France Pay manager in maintaining regular vendor engagement to changes in the France payroll to ensure compliance and clarity to the employee.
  • Opportunity to actively participate in key Payroll deliverable projects.
  • Provide French Pay process support and guidance to all monthly pay BAU activities to the team. (Audit Requests, Post Audit Findings).
  • Working with Key Internal and External stakeholders, in the delivery of all monthly and annual reporting.
  • Finance Accounting Breaks – working with our Financial Governance Team to ensure balance sheet is clean/well reported.
  • Contribute and help guide ad-hoc queries from employees and/or GHR colleagues.

Job Title:Regional Payroll Operations Consultant – France Payroll

Corporate Title:Assistant Vice President

The Europe and Middle East (EMEA) Payroll Team is responsible for the delivery of pay services across the EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager, you will be part of the team ensuring accurate pay service delivery in addition to meeting our tax and legal obligations.You will work closely with the individual pay delivery teams, as well as the Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Global Mobility and HR Leadership.

This is a challenging role that requires exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively solve complex tax and pay related issues and advise key stakeholders. The ability to understand and clearly communicate issues and provide solutions is critical to success, as are flexibility, ability to multi-task, and sold time management skills to ensure multiple deadlines are met. There is a requirement to proactively identify employee and firm level issues and work to mitigate these whilst understanding the wider implications.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying gaps and implementing processes: identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes to enhance operations working with key stakeholders.
  • Working with the EMEA/FR Pay manager in maintaining regular vendor engagement to changes in the FR payroll to ensure compliance and clarity to the employee.
  • Opportunity to actively participate in key Payroll deliverable projects.
  • Provide FR Pay process support and guidance to all monthly pay BAU activities to the team. (Audit Requests, Post Audit Findings).
  • Ensure the management and processing of the monthly payroll for the France entities, including benefits and taxes employees in compliance with French legislation.
  • Working with Key Internal and External stakeholders, in the delivery of all monthly and annual reporting.
  • Finance Accounting Breaks – working with our Financial Governance Team to ensure balance sheet is clean/well reported.
  • Contribute and help guide ad-hoc queries from employees and/or GHR colleagues.
  • Liaising with local authorities in specific areas when required to ensure alignment with local regulations.
  • Ensure the adoption of risk and SOX controls are in place with continuous process improvement.
  • Liaise with Internal and External Audit as appropriate.

Required Skills:

  • French Payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and statutory obligations
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong PC skills, including proven ability to use numerous payroll software packages
  • Ability to work under own initiative to drive efficiencies and new ideas for a better working environment.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to build effective team relationships and promote an environment of trust and flexibility.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage numerous deadlines, in line with the various payroll deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business, as well as with external bodies.
  • Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written

Desirable

  • Previous banking experience or experience within a large corporation
  • Understanding of payroll accounting and finance
  • Wider Regional Payroll Experience

Role Description:

As a Technical Integration Consultant for CashPro Connect payments and Reporting, you will responsible for Implementing the Cash Management / Treasury bulk file payments and reporting solutions for our GPS clients. This is a client facing role which comprises of client outreach, stakeholder coordination, setup, verification, UAT file testing and Client production penny testing.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage the implementation of technical cash management solutions for EMEA GPS client base. This includes the connectivity through CashPro File import, ‘host to Host’ channels or SWIFT for all supported countries electronic payment/collection types & reporting, using both industry (ISO20022) and BOFA proprietary file formats

• Oversee the delivery and execution of the project in line with agreed delivery timelines, driving the client in order for the Bank to realise new revenue at the earliest opportunity, and to meet client expectation.

• Working in partnership with clients to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicate the project status; identify issues, resolution steps and deadlines

• Assisting clients with technical connectivity and file testing to facilitate a high percentage of Straight through Processing for transactions

• Provide consultancy and assistance to Sales and Product Teams to win new business, and in the ongoing development of new services and products.

• Coordinating with internal Business Partners as necessary to expedite project resolution.

• Must be able to demonstrate strong experience with client facing roles, both orally and written, to a very high standard, dealing with clients at all levels (from Senior Treasury Management to Accounts Payable and client technical teams.

• Ability to navigate and network with the Global Sales and GPS organisation.

• Experience of EDI and/or Bulk file payment processing systems, alongside Global File/Message Networks such as SWIFT or EBICS.

• Have experience with XML ISO 20022 file formatting (pain/camt/pacs) and / or SWIFT MT/MX messages.

• An understanding of the various clearing systems in Europe and the payment options available.

• Basic knowledge of Clients’ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and TMS (Treasury Management System) processes.

• SWIFT for Corporates Certification an advantage.
