• Balance the needs of both the employees and the business through strong communication and collaboration; be a trusted advisor to employees, managers and leadership through day-to-day activities.

• At least 4 years of experience as an HR partner from the high-tech industry
• At least 8 years of experience in the HR domain
• A proven experience with supporting global teams - a MUST
• Solid communication skills - English/Hebrew - a MUST
• Up for any challenge, Positive and passionate about people.
• Project management skills with a deep sense of ownership and love for data.
• Experience supporting managers at all levels and have a proven ability to coach leaders.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with the employee life-cycle processes - On/Off Boarding, Career Growth, Planning, Performance Management, and Salary Cycle.
• Creative with Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
