What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience managing or leading a client-facing team.
• Proven record of meeting retention and upsell goals in a commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior creative, marketing, and procurement stakeholders.

• 2+ years of experience in leading and managing a Salesforce team.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant) – preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Partner Portals.
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as Outreach, Zendesk, Ironclad, Chili Piper, etc. - MUST

• 3+ years of Proven web programming with React/Vue.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL.
• Software Architecture skills for scalable and performant solutions.
