As Social Media Team Lead, you’ll own our social strategy end-to-end, mentor and grow a talented team, and drive impactful brand campaigns that resonate with our audience. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media managers and content creators, providing clear feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities.
- Own and execute the social media strategy across all platforms to drive engagement, awareness, and community growth.
- Plan and deliver high-quality content at scale , ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Design teams to deliver cohesive 360° campaigns.
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations , identifying and nurturing relationships that amplify our brand and campaigns.
- Launch innovative social initiatives that push creative boundaries and position Artlist as a leader in our industry.
- Monitor performance and optimize content using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and platform analytics to improve reach and engagement.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all social channels to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
- Represent the Social Media team in planning sessions, campaign kickoffs, and stakeholder meetings.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and platform updates , continuously bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
Requirements- 7+ years of professional experience in social media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing social teams.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies for B2C or B2B brands.
- Strong portfolio of high-performing campaigns that demonstrate creativity, scalability, and measurable impact.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, and brand partnerships to drive engagement and reach.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of social analytics and performance optimization.
- Up-to-date on the latest social trends, algorithms, and best practices .
- Experience in music, film, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Fluent English at a very high level is required
