What you will do:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Creative Success Managers who manage a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Own the team’s commercial targets, including renewals and upsells, and help the team reach and surpass them.
  • Provide guidance on both strategic and creative opportunities.
  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration within the team.
  • Create and refine internal workflows, that make our operations more efficient and our client experiences stronger.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Product, Marketing, Enablement and Finance to ensure smooth alignment across all stages of the client journey.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen client relationships and expand Artlist’s presence across key accounts.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or creative partnerships.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading a client-facing team.
  • Proven record of meeting retention and upsell goals in a commercial environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior creative, marketing, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Confident in negotiation, forecasting, and managing contracts.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative use cases to measurable business results.
  • Hands-on leader who leads by example and knows how to motivate a team.
  • Comfortable working with platforms like Salesforce and Monday.com.
  • Native-level English.
