Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure the execution with the excellence of the HR Services/Hire to Retire processes like Document Management and benefit Administration, Leave and Absence Administration (vacations, sick/parental/maternity leaves), correct registration with the local government, Master data Management (people and organizational data management), Manage SAP Maintenance of Data according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity.

· Exit Management (administrate involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits), ensure the correct registration in SAP of terminations, with the correct justification and the related document kit for signing and ending the relationship, and consider the local legislation indicated for this process.

· Administer time management with the correct systemic parameterization in payroll and working hours control systems, as determined by current labor legislation and union rules, and analysis of data present at the close of the monthly, under great criticism, to avoid errors in payroll processing and liability.

· Ensure the benefits administration processes for the country, working in alignment with the regional and local organization Rewards and management with the correct systemic parameterization in payroll for discounts and reporting.

· Administrate and ensure the update of GBS Sharepoint of the country and coordinate activities related to benefits.

· Ensure proper and timely payment of all HR Services/H2R-related invoices while adhering to the company’s payment terms and process.

  • Support the conversion of design information into a confirmed set of technical data required for the rapid prototyping of technical components
  • Provide technical information in collaboration with design, development, and factory partners and guide them to the best process or prototype for their needs
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager to analyze designs for manufacturability, production efficiencies, potential functional or quality issues and costing issues and offer alternative, economic and efficient solutions. Point out solutions or opportunities during this process
  • Maintain and operate all related tools, equipment, and supplies: i.e., machine software, 3D printer, casting equipment, modeling tools, CNC or other programming
  • Offer technical solutions to the product team taking into consideration functional requirements of products, adidas quality standards, target costs and manufacturing constraints

We’ll never launch a product unless we consider it perfect. Our product operations teams create every shirt, every shoe and every piece of equipment for thousands of athletes and fashion lovers as if it was one of a kind. And it truly is, as they weave their passion into every single product. But translating designs, drawings and renderings into real products requires a lot of decision making.

As Specialist Sample Making you will create high quality samples and custom-made products for top athletes, inline business units, innovative and creative areas or celebrities. The role focuses on sewing uppers for those internal customers. It also includes basic cutting skills, other technologies skills (e.g. logo creation, embroidery) to enable a complete finished upper.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation of high-quality samples and custom-made products for top athletes by means of various work processes in cutting, sewing and diverse technologies, which are classified in wage groups 1-7 according to the wage group list of the shoe industry
  • Cutting, engraving by means of modern laser technologies and exchange of laser accessories
  • Stitching of various types of machinery and methods at a high level of excellence for a large variety of shoe constructions
  • Processing of specific modifications in custom-made products and technical support on existing inline shoes (e.g. for wear test studies) or completely new buildup
  • Operation of computer programs necessary for the respective machine applications (including atom cutters, lasers, embroidery programs, C/S automated sewing of shaft parts, digital sublimation printing, graphics / application cutters and basics in machine operation programs)
  • Manage a database of technical information required for the shoe development processes and technical interface areas
  • Research on fairs new machine equipment for the upper prototype creation process
  • Identify and propose solutions with creation challenges faced with products (e.g. problems with shaft templates, fit of outsoles/midsoles, material problems) to identify the best approach for effective rapid changes to the product for implementation
  • Operator maintenance and care of all machine equipment
  • Support interdepartmental collaboration with all technical departments to ensure assistance in the production of high-quality prototypes
