Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of local Sports Marketing Plan according to business objectives.
Identify opportunities within the market that align to Brand objectives and liase with Brand Comms to bring to life, across the Australian market
Build recommendations for, and maintain, a diverse partner portfolio supporting key categories and business objectives.
Ensure all partners within the portfolio reflect our Brand positioning – on and off field.
Manage contract negotiations in line with budget guidelines and market evaluations.
Ensure all Sports Marketing contract negotiations and operations comply with the global Sports Marketing Policy.
Manage the integration of local partners into key brand initiatives.
Develop and execute leveraging plans for Sports Market partners to maximise their brand impact.
Local Partner Budget Management.
Supervise all local partner related activities in close relationship with the Brand team.
Execute a cross category leveraging approach to the sports marketing portfolio.
Provide industry leading service to our contracted partner portfolio on a day-to-day basis
Maintain necessary contact with key industry personnel to achieve the objectives of the Brand.
Ensure teams and individuals wear and represent the products according to our Brand Plan to communicate adidas as the leading performance brand.
On ground support for ad hoc Sports Marketing activity in the market.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong negotiation skills
Strategic Marketing experience with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong understanding of the local sporting landscape
Strong connections within the sports industry
Relevant Sports Marketing experience
Demonstrate the ability to react quickly and multitask to manage priorities.
Proven methodological skills (e.g. Business planning, strategic development).
High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge related to sports marketing.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree in Marketing
Minimum of 5-years experience in the sports marketing industry
Established network of industry contacts with proven stakeholder management

· In depth technical knowledge/experience and network in the world of next gen football talent is a must.
· Football background knowledge, with proven record in Sports Marketing industry will be considered a plus – particularly from candidates coming from Football Clubs or/and Agencies.
· Football fanatic. Deep knowledge of the Liga BBVA MX and CONCACAF Youth competitions calendar is welcome.
· Fluent in English and Spanish.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
The individual must be highly motivated and focused on task in hand. He must be extremely well organised with empathy towards the sport which he is dealing with.

What you’ll do:
We’re looking for an experienced leader with proven track record of leading high performing teams, as you will be responsible for a team of 6 delivering local category go to market plans. You’ll own the holistic view of category needs within the Nordic marketplace and will drive input to Europe relying on market analytics and business case approach with a marketplace mindset.
You’ll be a strong relationship builder as the lead marketing point in the Nordics for strategic category planning, working closely with both European and local sales and brand teams to secure fully aligned GTM plans. We’re looking for people who have worked within seasonal processes, as you will drive and execute the full GTM process, including all milestones such as sales launches.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of designated adidas teams and partners, providing industry leading service and ensuring successful fulfillment of all entitlements in line with the contract.
Identify moments within the market that align to both partner and Brand objectives, liaising with Brand Comms to bring to life.
