Key Responsibilities:
- Own the local attack plan and execute it flawlessly to deliver SPOMA Pro Football Players KPI´s.
- Negotiation, contracting and execution of Pro player contracts, according to and fully compliant with internal sports marketing and legal/financial guidelines.
- Day to day management of all football player relations of our complete partners portfolio – male and female. Execute contract rights properly to strengthen our connections and build more reliable relations - Securing high level partners service is a must.
- Develop powerful and meaningful relationships with agents, and all other important stakeholders in the world of football, to increase the probability to recognize, scout and sign the best players of the country.
- Create an open relationship between the three football pillars within the company – SPOMA, Football BU and Brand Communications. Align expectations and fully support the brands player activations needs, programs and campaigns.
- Excellence in the execution of budgeting, financial, legal and compliance, and any other type of internal responsibility. Proactive and open communication with the internal Sports Marketing peers, specially, the Players Manager and the Scouting Sr. Specialist.
- Ability to coordinate and connect with counterparts in other countries, Regional and Global offices. Apply a one team philosophy.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· In depth technical knowledge/experience and network in the world of professional football is a must.
· Football background knowledge, with proven record in Sports Marketing industry will be considered a plus.
. Female Football landscape knowledge will be also considered as a plus.
· Football fanatic. Deep knowledge of the Liga BBVA MX and CONCACAF competitions is welcome.
· Fluent in English and Spanish.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
The individual must be highly motivated and focused on task in hand. He must be extremely well organised with empathy towards the sport which he is dealing with.
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Great interpersonal skills, communication-verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Football Market and Industry Awareness, football sport knowledge
- Needs to have both football knowledge and business mindset.
- Good negotiation skills, Legal background a plus.
- Ability and commitment to retain absolute confidentiality concerning all business matters.
- Driven to succeed and deliver against goals and work expectations.
