Qualifications:

Product Creation

  • Lead multiple product creation teams in Development Centers for all development and commercialization, material innovation and product costing; ensuring that products consistently exceed customer expectations in respect to fit, comfort, design integrity, performance, perceived value, manufacturability and quality.
  • Set direction for development and commercialization area with key focus on Create to Value (CTV), Product Integrity and overall Manufacturability & Efficiency for the designated Development Centers.

  • Establish and drive agency partner strategy to drive innovation, consistency, and investment efficiency.
  • Establish event best practices that streamline planning and production that drive for efficiency and results.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Procurement team.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Finance team.
  • Ownership and management of B2B event calendar and provide guidance and flag overlap/conflict to Brand Experience Senior Director and key stakeholders.
  • Ownership and management of B2B budget and provide consistent reporting for Brand Experience Senior Director.
  • Identify and develop talent to help fuel the team's succession plan.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year College or university degree, emphasis in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10-year event marketing experience.
