Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

In this role you will be responsible to connect various stakeholders within the company (CTCs, MOPs, Masterdata, Activation, CRM, CS and others), to gather and provide key information across departments in order to make sure catalogue, price, images, assets and everything that is relevant for activation to be accomplished with the higher standards and in perfect timing.

Provide performance data on key launches and campaigns (Local clubs articles, key running and training franchises, originals, basketball and others).

To have a solid understanding of the digital activation environment, processes, needs, stakeholders and timings, looking for opportunities to improve.

In this role you will be responsible for all digital CRM communications (except social and PR), meaning that all communications that are sent to customers should go through you (copies and key visuals should be approved) before leaving the company.

To manage the digital activation calendar will be one of your key tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect CTCs and regional information and inputs and together with Ecom inseason team, build a digital activation plan for product, campaigns and commercial moments.
  • Manage digital activation calendar (Co-creation / 52 weeks calendar)
    • Understand what the key moments for the company are regarding product, campaigns and commercial, build and align priorities of the activation calendar
    • Align with several stakeholders the needs and requests for correct digital activation within deadlines
    • Be the bridge between strategic planning and operation
  • Support with analysis, presentations & gathering data
    • Create and present reports/presentations with following data:
      • Best-sellers
      • Stock performance
      • FP / NFP performance
      • Mark down & SM
      • General campaign performance
      • Zoom in into article performance
  • Retention/CRM
    • Brief agency for content
    • Revise and approve content
    • Responsable for aligning and sharing third party content on specific cases (Local clubs)
    • Revise the CRM calendar and make changes when needed
  • Online articles
    • You one your main responsibilities will be working with masterdata and mops teams to make sure the ecommerce has the maximum articles available as possible.
    • To create or update Online article report
  • Support with new features and other tests

Responsible for overall eCOM orders fulfillment, eCOM returns and reconciliation. This role also responsible for optimizing processes and leads eCOM projects.

Primary

  1. Supporting eCom business growth by managing daily warehouse outbound picking & distribution operations are functioning safely with high level of accuracy, efficiency (cost & process) and productivity.
  2. Optimizing outbound delivery performance with cost saving initiatives; strengthening processes and policies; leveraging systems.
  3. Analyze and coordinate with eCOM channel team Sales for warehouse capacity planning at daily/ weekly/monthly and align 3PL on the same.
  4. To keep track the accuracy of consumer shipments and on time delivery & coordinate consumer claims handling and investigation between CS and 3PL warehouse team.
  5. Responsible for eCOM cancellation driven by DC/inventory and work with all teams to meet target of as per assigned.
  6. Work closely with Senior Manager SCM on various eCOM projects and initiatives and become one point of contact for all eCOM related projects/issues and topics.
  7. Work closely with eCOM channel team on peak and burst activations such as 6/6 or 11/11 and align DC capacities to deliver business as per agreed SLA.
  8. Deliver eCOM COTIF and 3DD as yearly targets or other KPI assigned.
  9. Maintain DPE as per agreed lead time to ensure and deliver SLA to consumers.
  10. Responsible for all eCOM returns, timely closure of RMA and ensure stock in back in the racks by working closely with CS teams and 3PL teams.
  11. Conduct deep dive analysis of eCOM returns and identify major factors driving returns and work with cross functional teams to reduce the returns %.
  12. Take complete responsibility for eCOM returns and claims (Both internal and external claim to all stakeholders).
  13. Work with internal teams on appropriate approvals and work with 3PL teams to execute returns and claims as per agreed timelines.
  14. Ensuring continuous creative improvement process thru problem identification & problem analysis.
  15. Be responsible for 3PL Warehouse KPIs Performance, analyze & identify areas of improvement.
  16. Vigilant in being the gatekeeper in any deviation in process.
  17. Constantly analyzing the “health” status of the eCOM orders with the help of collected data.
  18. Conduct regular audit check on 3PL POD, process and documentation.
  19. Coordination and Communication with “internal customers” with regards to eCOM activities.

Secondary:

  • Give reasonably analysis for eCOM OB & Return daily operation’s mistakes and raise the suggestion to perfect & optimize the process.
  • Work with stakeholders and system lead to resolve snapshot discrepancies under eCOM due to system issue with tickets and consistent follow ups.
  • Verify monthly 3PL invoices with internal data, trouble shoot for any discrepancies and process Pos accordingly.
  • Prioritize to arrange the tasks reasonably when facing multi-tasks especially for special handling & additional support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal compliance, local regulations/laws and industry standards related to eCOM operations.
  • Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the Snr. Operation Manager, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical.
