Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of communication with Store Managers of the designated stores and actively support business initiatives and business needs to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing of their teams and for the business to achieve its objectives.
  • Lead investigations and reporting related to harassment, violence or other, through fair play or other, when needed across DTC retail stores.
  • Responsible for the coordination of training logistics, communications, DEI initiatives and benefits activities across DTC retail stores.
  • Maintain updated SAP/MyHUB to ensure accuracy and quality data of organizational structures within the designated stores,responsible for data management and reporting, and developing KPIs to evaluate improvementsacross DTC retail stores.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with Retail stores management teams of their designated stores to support business initiatives and people needs to contribute to the company’s objectives.

Manage relationships with internal clients and accompany them in change & transformation and improvement processes. Providing advice to different clients on people management issues.

  • Promote and manage a high employee engagement at every level in the designated stores through effective motivation, coaching, training and development actions to attract and retain the best talents
  • Participate of recruitment process to designated stores in management level positions to assure the quality of the process.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, aware of opportunities to make more efficient processes within HR or the designated stores.

  • HRM DTC & HR Ops, GBS, Talent Acquisition for Retail Stores
  • Employee relations
  • Store Managers and Store leadership teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • HR processes knowledge: labor law, employee relations, among others.
    • Planning and prioritization.
    • Customer focus
    • Advanced skills in excel or other for data analysis
    • Tech Savy
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
    • Proven passion HR, people and processes.

Requisite Education and Experience:

· Technical degree in administration, human resources, personnel management or similar.

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Experience managing high volume of employees.
