Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising inventory levels to ensure smooth, efficient operations across the business. You’ll develop and enforce best practices in stock counts, audits, and reconciliation, while driving stock optimisation, clearance strategies, and volume/article projections. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless execution of the Customer Order Book.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate weekly stock reconciliations between SAP and 3PL ERP systems, including interface monitoring and error resolution.

  • Track current inventory levels and align booked stock at distribution centres against purchase orders.

  • Monitor cycle count reports, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Manage regular stock adjustments and inventory movements to correct SAP category locations.

  • Deliver stock snapshot analyses and discrepancy fixes.

  • Support Finance during internal and external inventory audits.

  • Monitor Reverse Logistics inventory, including returns from adidas stores, wholesale customers, and store-to-store transfers.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week.
