  • CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) Management – handling account reconciliation - this includes disputes, payment allocations, offsets to ensure up to date customer account statements and accounts receivable
  • Using strong analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, and suggest alternative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Working withsensitive/confidentialfinancial data and building credibility and trust with customers through timely and accurate issue resolution.

Customer Service Manager for North Europe regionyou will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will be responsible for the end to end CSO and related processes for your region.

You will partners with the regional business leadership and supply chain on providing the best possible service to the customers in the region.

You will be accountable for regional implementation of area plans, programs and work protocols.

  • Manage CSRs on their responsibility (coaching, performance, development, well-being, compliancy). It also includes management of distant CSRs.

  • Manage the daily operational activity of your organization (adherence to policies, tier meetings, metrics review, quality standards) Analyze results and manage/propose improvement projects.

  • Handle a wide variety of non-routine and difficult customer inquiries where the solution is not immediately apparent. Applies extensive experience and knowledge of related and non-related precedents and policies.
