The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Managing customer relationships as the single point of contact for all queries and issues, maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts by understanding and anticipating their service needs.
  • Handling customer transactions related to order management, order status, backorders, and proofs of delivery, notifying customers of any order issues.
  • Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with 3M terms and conditions and liaising with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports, internal and external dashboards, and participating in client meetings, conducting service process analysis and driving improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal logistics, Customer Issue Resolution, collection teams, and business stakeholders to ensure service quality and resolve claims.
  • Participating in customer meetings to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, communication, and efficiency

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Equivalent professional experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong skills of ERP and CRM systems (SAP and SalesForce desirable)
  • German and English at minimum C1 level
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

  • Location: Wrocław
  • Work Your Way: Hybrid mode – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
  • Working pattern: Full time
