As a
Customer Service Manager for North Europe regionyou will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will be responsible for the end to end CSO and related processes for your region.
You will partners with the regional business leadership and supply chain on providing the best possible service to the customers in the region.
You will be accountable for regional implementation of area plans, programs and work protocols.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Manage CSRs on their responsibility (coaching, performance, development, well-being, compliancy). It also includes management of distant CSRs.
Manage the daily operational activity of your organization (adherence to policies, tier meetings, metrics review, quality standards) Analyze results and manage/propose improvement projects.
Handle a wide variety of non-routine and difficult customer inquiries where the solution is not immediately apparent. Applies extensive experience and knowledge of related and non-related precedents and policies.
Participate in Business reviews (present results and action plans) and participate to Customer meetings (present results and action plans).
Takes appropriate actions to improve Employee and Customer Experience

Leadership experience
English knowledge at min. C1 level
Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability to cultural diversity
