The impact you will make in this role

  • Creation and maintenance of New Products in systems of record.
  • Load and manage product data in the 3M GPIM (Hybris) ecosystem to support businesses omni-channel digital presence.
  • Prioritize and update products information accordingly if they are new additions, discontinuations, or modifications.
  • Streamline processes.
  • Prioritize requests according to business and customer needs, building strong relationships with internal and external customers following our Customer at Core vision.
  • Follow established processes and enforce the use of proper processes related to data management/integrity and show autonomy to solve issues.
  • Create specific values of characteristics to personalized configurable products through the official Material variant process using our system of record.
  • Become an expert in 3M Global Product Hierarchy.
  • Work closely with others to ensure project deadlines are met while keeping relevant stakeholders in-the-know.
  • Collaborate regularly with business stakeholders, marketing and sales team, information architects, Division leads, e-Commerce teams, Data Pool Partners, Digital Operations Internal Teams, and other cross functional stakeholders, to raise awareness and understanding of digital product catalog structures and identify opportunities.
  • Attend relevant Digital Operations and Corporate meetings, stay ahead, and collaborate with relevant topics, processes, best practices, etc.
  • Create analytics and reports in respective space relevant to business and other stakeholders.
  • Help on creating process documentation and keep it updated.
  • Lead onboarding strategy/training for new team members.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members.
  • Lead or collaborate on continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist with metrics reporting as needed by the organization (i.e Monthly or daily reports, Tiers)
  • Support with administrative task identified by the Management Team. (Marketing Technology Digital Experience, Digital Operations, Product Content Operations)
  • Communicate actively and transparently with Team lead about performance, projects progress, feedback.
  • Act as a backup when a peer/Team lead is not able to perform the daily responsibilities.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Knowledgeable about Global Product Hierarchy.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office package (required Excel intermediate. i.e., managing large data, formulas, formatting, pivot table, X lookup etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Product Content environment.

As Mexico Tax Analyst you will play a key role for supporting VAT refund process in the division of Finance-taxes. As Supply Planner, you will play a key role in the Safety and Industrial Business Group. In this role you will make an impact by managing supply chain product flow to support customer requirements. Reviews material flow parameters such as order quantity, lot size, replenishment interval, safety stocks, lead times, planning strategy and recommends appropriate levels to support the business/customer requirements through a Supply Plan shared with the different sources of supply related to the portfolio assigned. Monitors and reports disbalances between Demand and Supply, suggesting alternatives to build a feasible supply.

The impact you will make in this role:

• You will be a fundamental part of the supply chain of the SIBG business, ensuring an excellent level of service to customers.

• You will be in charge of a portfolio of products that you must prioritize and manage permanently to ensure supply, ensuring that you maintain a healthy inventory level and mix without affecting stock shortages.

• You will participate in projects to ensure the handling of correct parameters in our replenishment tools. With this, you will ensure that the Lead Times, Safety Stock and Purchase Minimums are adequate to guarantee an optimal purchasing and inventory management process.

• You will monitor the main causes of inventory shortages (backlog) that affect customers, generating improvement plans continuously, in conjunction with other support areas (Demand, Supply Sources, Business).

• You will be responsible for estimating Inventories and Backlog on a monthly basis in order to understand and understand the Inventory and Backlog.
