Telecommunications Manager jobs

As Telecommunications Manager with Expoint, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of telecommunications systems and networks on our platform. You will need to be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop and implement plans to reach the organization’s goals. Your responsibilities will include: creating shared global network plans, providing technical support to IT staff and end-users, evaluating and creating detailed technical requirements for equipment, software and other telecom related items, administering, monitoring, and maintaining telecom systems and networks, coming up with corrective solutions, installing and configuring telecom systems, ensuring all telecom related issues are managed within agreed upon deadlines, and maintaining and updating documentation of networks and systems. To succeed in this role, candidates must have excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills to find the best solutions. You must have a good understanding of telecom infrastructures and technologies such as VOIP, SIP, and TDM. Candidates should also have a thorough knowledge of network operating systems and software, along with the capacity to troubleshoot network issues. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
