The successful candidate will be a problem-solver, collaborator and data-driven decision maker. You will design and implement suitable strategies to accomplish our company goals. Our Strategy Manager is an integral leader of the company who joins the board of directors to provide strategic advice and make long-term decisions. You’ll need to be able to identify market opportunities and take advantage of new trends to ensure our success. In addition, you will develop strategic plans for our products and sector portfolio, in order to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability and competitive advantage. You’ll analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors as well as continuously assess our performance. You’ll need to be very familiar with software development and technology, as well as have a good understanding of the tech industry. Communication skills, leadership skills and financial acumen will be critical elements of success in this role. If you have several years of experience in the tech industry, an MBA degree or other related qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!
