As a strategic account manager, you will be responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction with Expoint solutions and services. Your broad responsibilities will include building close customer relationships, developing short- and long-term strategies to drive incremental growth, and monitoring customer accounts and performance.
In this role, you will lead initiatives to maximize sales performance, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction while ensuring customer requirements are met. You will oversee projects that support the long-term success of our customer accounts and foster customer relationships with portfolios of assigned strategic accounts. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns and customer engagements, contributing to top-line revenue and account growth.
