Regional Manager jobs

The regional manager position is a critical role at ExPoint, the premier tech industry job search platform. Regional managers are responsible for ensuring that the ExPoint platform is successful for our partner employers and job seekers. The regional manager will work closely with our customer success team to identify key resources and customer needs, and to design and deploy approaches to improve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the regional manager will work closely with our marketing and customer relations teams to develop and deploy strategies to better serve our customers. The regional manager will create/update customer records, monitor customer interactions and customer experience, track customer support issues, and create customer satisfaction reports. Additionally, the regional manager will engage in customer outreach and market research activities. The regional manager will be well-versed in customer relations, customer service, and customer engagement strategies, as well as have a broad understanding of the tech job search industry. Regional managers should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
