As a Human Resources Representative at Expoint, you are responsible for helping to ensure our technology and operations teams have the support and resources necessary to deliver on tight deadlines while also ensuring these teams’ members feel appreciated and engaged in their work. In this role you are expected to develop a deep knowledge of our technology stack and understand the needs of our tech and operations teams. Your duties will include recruiting, hiring and onboarding new employees, resolving conflicts between team members, conducting performance reviews, and developing learning and development programs.
You will also be responsible for supporting leadership in evaluating employee performance and any related bonus or compensation reviews, as well as providing guidance and feedback to employees. You must be a detailed oriented and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have to prove yourself as someone who is capable of adapting quickly to changing technology and operational needs.
You will need to be an excellent problem solver, as you are responsible for maintaining a positive morale among employees with the goal of having a highly loyal, motivated staff. We look for Human Resources Representatives who are both willing to innovate and work outside of the box, as well as always maintain a professional demeanor and be proficient in keeping up-to-date with compliance, labor laws, and industry best practices.
