Clusters Talent Initiatives

  • Partner with HR Directors and HRBPs across clusters to translate the EM Talent Strategy into local actions, pilots, and programs aligned with cluster business priorities.
  • Design and deliver cluster-specific initiativesthat build leadership capability, accelerate development, and strengthen succession pipelines.
  • Track progress, impact, and adoptionof market initiatives across clusters, consolidating insights and reporting for leadership.
  • Act as a strategic consultant on talent processes (performance, succession, development, learning culture), ensuring consistent adoption with cluster relevance.
  • Identify and scale best practicesfrom clusters, fostering knowledge sharing and cross-market collaboration.
  • Leverage data and insights to diagnose talent gaps, anticipate future skill needs, and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Embed DEIin every initiative to ensure representation, belonging, and equitable opportunities.
  • Co-facilitate talent workshops and learning sessions with HRBPs and business leaders to reinforce a growth and feedback culture.
  • Provide regular feedback to the EM HUB on what works in clusters to influence and improve EM-wide talent tools and frameworks.

2. EM HUB Project Management

  • Drivead-hoc regional projectsthat strengthen talent culture and connection across Emerging Markets — such as EMCareer Week
  • Ensure seamless planning, alignment, and storytelling tomaximize impact and visibilityacross all markets.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Commercial awareness, customer focus, understanding of HR and business strategy
  • Facilitation skills and internal consulting skills; ability to analyze the situation and provide effective solutions, program design skills, consulting mindset with good executional skills and follow-through.
  • A good team player, self-starter, driven to get strong results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present and sell concepts to senior stakeholders.

Your impact

Your key responsibilities

Responsible for the logistics of the Early Careers recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to Early Careers recruiting support activities

  • Utilizes the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to track and report on candidates or event activities
  • Supports the relationship building process between candidates and EY professionals
  • Liaises and manages communications with Campus Career Services Office and other external stakeholders to facilitate Early Careers recruiting activities
  • Plans for and manages in-office candidate visits including event planning, troubleshooting, and facilitating of all on-site program logistics or issues
  • Organizes and executes Early Careers events including but not limited to: on-campus events such as information sessions, EY branded events, career fairs, etc., in-office events such as candidate sell experiences, early-ID programs, internship events, etc., and EY programs such as National Intern Celebration, Future Leaders Summit, etc.
  • Provides on-site support for Recruiter and may stand in for Recruiter when needed
  • Liaises with client service teams to solicit help, provide awareness, and provide instructions for various Early Careers events
  • Communicates with client service teams to provide recruiting updates, inquiries, and instructions
  • Maintains calendar of Early Careers events
  • Liaises with TA2 Activation Center for consistency in strategy and messaging
  • Maintains knowledge of EY Early Careers strategy, branding, and messaging and supports the creation and use of US-wide templates, procedures, and initiative

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems
  • Maintain professional knowledge and experience; build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills necessary for a high level of accomplishment and keep up-to-date with recent developments related to recruiting, EY brand/messaging, and event procedures
  • Collect and synthesize information, identifying issues and escalating as appropriate
  • Contribute knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $43,800 to $79,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $52,500 to $90,300.
