In this role, you will:

  • Manage the relationship support function for an assigned team or office
  • Manage the end-to-end customer experience including onboarding and extensive problem-solving
  • Participate in the identification and maximization of growth opportunities and on-site calls with Relationship Managers
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Oversee customer due diligence operations which may include proper initiation and accuracy of loan documentation process and implementation of treasury products, adhering to all policy and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee a compliance monitoring program and evaluate the results, ensuring achievement of a satisfactory rating on all audits, working with business management to resolve issues, and address deficiencies
  • Complete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning
  • Make decisions and resolve issues for operations of the business relationship team to meet objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures to implement compliance and to resolve issues
  • Complete required assessments, training, and affirmations in accordance with bank policies and audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Relationship Support
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Treasury Management products and services
  • Understanding of KYC/Onboarding requirements for business customers.
  • Ability to interact and negotiate with all levels of an organization
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong partnering skills Leadership experience including leading and developing staff
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong change management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job expectations:

  • Analyze new equipment and equipment under lease, to ensure values are accurate and the portfolio is sound
  • Research, analyze, approve, and recommend residuals and assist sales and sales management in structuring transactions for new and existing markets, equipment, and businesses
  • Maximize residual income through negotiation of sales and extended rentals with lessees and other markets
  • Manage equipment inspection and outside appraisal services and effectively monitor industry trends to protect assets
  • Assist in planning, forecasting, researching, and collection of all off lease equipment
  • Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Commercial Valuations functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with Commercial Valuations peers, colleagues, and middle to senior level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead Commercial Valuations projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • MAI and State Certified General
  • Appraisal review and valuation - along with ARGUS and Cash Flow Modeling

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience underwriting middle market and corporate clients.
  • Strong cash flow and asset-based lending credit analysis skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Completion of a formal credit training program
  • Experience with bank syndications, multi-bank participations and clients with varying and complexcapital structuresincluding collateral and cash flow waterfalls; subordinated debt layers; and complex ownership structures.
  • Experience with commercial, owner-occupied real estate lending including documentation, due diligence and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Experience negotiating, managing and amending complex credit facility legal documentation.
  • Strong risk management and compliance skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • MBA degree preferred.


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule 4 days in office, 1 day remote
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
