In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional and have broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning for Commercial Valuations functional area
- Analyze new equipment and equipment under lease, to ensure values are accurate and the portfolio is sound
- Research, analyze, approve, and recommend residuals and assist sales and sales management in structuring transactions for new and existing markets, equipment, and businesses
- Maximize residual income through negotiation of sales and extended rentals with lessees and other markets
- Manage equipment inspection and outside appraisal services and effectively monitor industry trends to protect assets
- Assist in planning, forecasting, researching, and collection of all off lease equipment
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Commercial Valuations functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Valuations peers, colleagues, and middle to senior level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead Commercial Valuations projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- MAI and State Certified General
- Appraisal review and valuation - along with ARGUS and Cash Flow Modeling
