Wells Fargo Technology CIO CCIBT & OHOT is hiring a Software Engineer to leverage advanced knowledge of software engineering and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to design, develop, code, and test solutions for the Salesforce platform. Architect, support, and maintain tools and technology using Skuid frameworks and languages. Understand business requirement as well as regulatory requirements to build out and improve the Salesforce platform. Interface with business partners to design and create systems/applications that are able to satisfy capital market business needs. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

In this role you will:
Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers

design/development/maintenanceof new and existing system solutions. Development of ongoing enhancements of business workflows is a primary focus of this position. Support for line of business activities is also a critical expectation. Must be an excellent individual contributor as well as having the capability to lead small teams of employees and consultants. Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate and escalate risk originating from non-compliance of processes, operational errors, and data integrity issues in all applicable processes.
Responsible for working with Engineering teams to maintain the SLAs & SLOs. Constantly looking out for opportunities to improve platform metrics & communicate the same to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of App Performance monitoring experience with Splunk
4+ years of Relational database experience
4+ years of SQL experience
4+ years of Microservices, SOAP, REST experience
2+ years’ experience with PCF, GCP, AWS, or Azure

Cloud certification(s)
Strong & relevant experience in supporting Web/API platforms built using Java/JavaScript Stack (Spring/Spring boot, JavaScript -Angular/React)

Working knowledge of APM tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus etc.
