What You’ll Do
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of various Employee Benefits Programs across EMEA, including, but not limited to, Health Insurance, Pensions, Life & Disability, and all supplementary benefits ensuring an exceptional employee experience from hire to retire with efficient processes in place
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Tracks up to date and relevant federal and state regulations pertaining to the Benefits Administration of our Program and reporting requirements ensuring compliance with local legal requirements, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Invoicing and Audits: Manage the Benefits invoicing process and conduct regular Benefit audits to ensure administrative compliance, accuracy, and timely payments
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Partner with HRBP & HR Advisors, Payroll, IT, Benefits Vendors, Insurers and Brokers and any other internal and/or external parties to ensure a whole overall Benefits experiences throughout overlooked during new implementations, changes, communications, and automation of administrative activities
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to benefits, updates, and changes in HRIS (Human Resources Information System: Inside Tesla) and other internal and external platforms
  • Troubleshooting and Process Improvement: Apply your knowledge to evaluate current processes and approaches, suggest improvements, automations or find innovative ways to solve problems efficiently. Support answering employee queries. You need to have an entrepreneur and hands-on approach, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently once and for all
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • Experience as a Benefits Administrator, Benefits Analyst, Benefits Coordinator, or similar roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits programs, and best practices including handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentially
  • Strong excel skills or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
  • A can-do attitude is essential, you are proactive, and solution focused, you can easily adapt to changes and bring innovations to the team and Tesla employees
  • A team player who has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You can deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environments

What to Expect

The EMEA Claims Handler is responsible for the handling of freight claims and seamless liaison between Tesla and our partners. You will be part of the Logistics Claims, Quality & Compliance team. This team is responsible for ensuring compliance within our logistics operations. You will aim to ensure our freight claims are diligently investigated and settled by our standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Investigate the reports of claims and validate if they can be pursued
  • Send claims to carriers, respond to inquiries, follow up on cases, and document claims in our systems
  • Track damaged products and work with our internal teams to provide repair estimates
  • Negotiate the settlements of claims as needed
  • Communicate updates on claims progress to our internal stakeholders when requested
  • Work with our internal stakeholders to improve the quality of logistics by providing insight into pursued claims
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our partners throughout every step of the claims process
  • Track payment completion of claim invoices and send payment reminders
  • Monitor and drive change in our processes and systems
  • Prepare analyses and reporting to understand our claims performance
  • Identify and communicate recurring operational errors when applicable
  • Support the onboarding of new carriers onto our claims system
What You’ll Bring
  • BA/MS degree in supply chain, business, finance, or any other relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills, you will represent the Tesla team with all external partners
  • Ability to investigate large amounts of data and maintain oversight
  • Persistent and diligent in managing claim cases, you will work on one case, move to another, and later come back to the first
  • Proven engagement with logistics and quality. You will be part of daily improvements in our Supply Chain operations.
  • Open-minded self-starter with a positive attitude and determination
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to provide strategic solutions
  • Excellent Excel skills, experience in using BI tools is preferred
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build robust business strategies

What to Expect

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Process and System Improvement Project Manager to manage the EMEA roadmap for Energy residential products. This hands-on project management role focuses on identifying gaps in EMEA Energy processes and systems, developing success metrics, documenting requirements, and collaborating with Global Project Management and IT teams to address EMEA-specific needs.

As part of the EMEA Sales Operations team, you’ll liaise with Residential Energy teams across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Service. You’ll apply best-in-class project management practices to evaluate and prioritize projects, create UAT scripts and training materials, and ensure the most critical business needs are met while driving continuous improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage EMEA process and systems improvement roadmap, work closely with the Global Project Management, and communicate regional requirements, user stories, and priorities.
  • Engage business stakeholders of all levels, identify key pain points and areas of inefficiency, and capture business requirements accurately.
  • Represent the region in Global IT meetings.
  • Manage program and portfolio-level communication, training, and change management plans.
  • Work directly with system SMEs to facilitate business and technical discussions on system functions and information flow.
  • Coordinate regional system development testing and sign-off for new functionalities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience managing systems improvement projects
  • Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent planning tool
  • Extremely organized and comfortable managing a high degree of complexity
  • Ability to quickly synthesize large amounts of information into actionable plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with and influence multiple teams at various levels of the organization
