  • Plan prospecting strategy in alignment with the Sales Team and Partners
  • Drive proactive outbound activities into net new contacts
  • Engage with C-Level executives through multi-channel touch points
  • Meet ambitious sales - and Demand Generation targets
  • Be SAP’s cutting edge for driving digital transformation
  • Adopt and deploy the latest digital prospecting and sales tools and methodologies
  • Support the team on strategic projects and business activities

Preferred Skills, Experience and behavioral traits:

  • Arabic (Mandatory)
  • Fluent English (Mandatory)
  • Graduated with a University degree in Business Administration / IT / Digital Transformation or other disciplines
  • 1-2 years experience of B2B Demand Generation and/or Sales Experience working in a software sales organization is a plus.
  • Interest for new technologies
  • Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and/or line of business
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor
  • Capacity to listen actively in order to identify prioritized customer needs
  • Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results

Description:

The Role

  • Builds up knowledge and keeps it up-to-date in regards of security, the SAP I&CX Products in the area of responsibility and the components, technologies and services used by it/them.
  • Provides consulting to developers, knowledge management, quality assurance, operations members in the area of responsibility with their security related questions.
  • Translates generic security requirements to guidelines specific to the SAP I&CX Products and is tasked with ensuring that vulnerabilities reported from external sources are fixed on a priority.
  • Contributes to extension and improvement of the security knowledge base at SAP I&CX and assures that the security improvements of the SAP CX Products.
  • Carries out security assessments, Pentesting results,Threat Modeling, to reveal architectural security issues and assists the team to reach a secure design.
  • Responsible for the execution of the secure software development lifecycle and executes security-related operations processes and procedures.
  • Contributes to centrally initiated security assessment/testing activities, assists our developers in implementing fixes and tracks handling of incidents, and if actions are taken in time, and resulting in a sufficient level of quality.
  • Reviews code scan findings to find patterns, and work out guidelines for resolution and takes immediate countermeasures to address security issues.

Role Requirement

  • Information Security experience in a broad technical role and thereof 4 - 7 years of project management experience in large scale, international, strategic projects Product Management and Agile experience.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, natural sciences, engineering or comparable education.
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, load balancing, networking and security operations and ability to work in a global operations environment.
  • Experience with cloud security concepts, solutions, and automation.
  • Experince with Programming Languages like Java,Javascript.
  • Experience in working with Hyperscaler - Cloud Security Infrastructure and knowledge of DevOps and incident management tools, e.g. Git, JIRA or equivalents.

What you'll do:

The key aspects of the Solution Sales Executive role include the following:

  • Drive the entire sales process, from business development, introduction demos and POCs through to closing, focusing on Net New Logo's.

  • Constantly look for new areas to expand business within WalkMe's Major accounts.

  • Build WalkMe's business by hunting for new opportunities.

  • Manage and respond to incoming inbound and outbound lead requests.

  • Partner with Success Managers in identifying and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Manage sales activity including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce.com.

  • Ensure quarterly quotas are reached and exceeded.

  • Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives of Enterprise accounts.

  • Present WalkMe's solutions using value-based sales approaches and techniques working closely with our Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers.

  • Execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, senior management and corporate counsel, from contract negotiation all the way to signed contracts.

What you bring:

  • 5-8 years' experience in an Enterprise Software Sales or Business Consulting role.

  • Past experience in selling a SaaS/Hi-tech product, using a strategic approach.

  • Proven success in growing and working within the Italian market.

  • Ability to manage a long and strategic sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing.

  • Evidence of exceptional commitment to a process-driven sales approach, and accurately tracking and forecasting all customer engagement, account management and activity through the use of Salesforce.com.

  • A track record of consistent earnings and over-achievement in past Sales Executive roles.

  • Be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Experience using WalkMe is a major plus!
