• The EC Shared Service Center (SSC) APJ Team seeks a flexible, committed associate to support its export control activities.
• The EC SSC APJ Team collaborates closely with other departments and operates at the board level, allowing associates to:

• Learn key operational aspects of our export control mission.
• Expand their professional business horizons.

• As the EC SSC APJ Team has a wide range of responsibilities to manage, an associate will:

• Handle daily business tasks while following German, EU, and U.S. export control laws.
• Implement SAP's export compliance procedures by verifying business partners, screening against sanctioned party lists, classifying business partners, and assisting with the Export Control Team's monitoring and response functions, which is the latest support area needed.
• Manage requests for material and product classification (ECCN).
• Work closely with key teams like Sales, Finance, Development, and Delivery Units.
• Collaborate with the sub-IT department to address business needs and solve problems.
• Seek ways to improve current processes, policies, guidelines, and documentation, including training and sharing knowledge.
• Help with project management, such as making legal updates and adjusting the Export Compliance Management System (ECMS).
• Support projects by preparing reports, presentations, and statistical analysis.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree in business, international business, or a similar field.
• Strong skills in analysis, communication, and writing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

What you'll do

• You will provide consulting services to SAP Customers as they strive to innovate in the Cloud. Assist in architecting and deploying scalable infrastructure following “RISE with SAP” methodology, leading adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Business AI.
• Your role will entail positioning, solutioning, and implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP AI in demanding customer projects and support pre-sales teams as needed.
• You will participate in all phases of the engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales and solutioning, through to implementation and the go-live stage.

• SAP Basis and Security Authentication – Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience in Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions, Single-Sign-On setup
• Knowledge/Experience in Software solution deployment in Hyperscaler environments (IaaS), and related network technologies
• 2+ hands-on project implementation (full cycle hands-on implementation (from design/spec to going live) in SAP Platform Technology including Installation, Upgrade, Migration, System Copy, Performance Tuning, User Management etc. for SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and other related solutions
• 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud deployment including Greenfield Implementation, System Conversion, Datacenter migration, SAP FIORI activation
• Technical fluency in various Operating Systems and Database administration
• Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
• Ability to work on activities involved in Plan areas (Sizing, Scoping, Client/Landscape Strategy, HANA High Availability/HANA Disaster Recovery Strategy etc.) of Implementation projects without much supervision at transaction level
• Setting up SAP HANA in-Memory Platform and HANA Cloud, preferably as scalable, fault-tolerant environments

Key Responsibilities:
