SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is looking for an Info Security Senior Specialist with a strong technological and security background across the stack. You will be owning and driving important security topics across all domains for our customers and work with various teams involved in implementation, delivery and operation of cloud services. You will evaluate concepts, consult, identify and assess security risks, and drive customer requests towards an end-to-end solution. Furthermore, you will participate in ongoing projects, initiatives, and Security and Compliance Office daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage with existing customers and internal stakeholders and drive security requirements end to end.
• Handle customer escalations around security and audit compliance end to end.
• Ensure implementation and execution of security strategy and policy.
• Evaluate and identify opportunities of potential information security and privacy improvements and drive projects in this area.
• Work closely with various stakeholders from many initiatives to understand needs, define requirements and translate these into security processes.
• As part of the ECS Delivery Security Office participate actively in other security related tasks, e.g., performing IT risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses.

WHAT YOU BRING

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry with wide area of experience: SAP application / ABAP / Basis, Hana, Linux, etc.
• Extensive experience in IT security, SAP Basis security, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong experience in SAP system security hardening (SAP ABAP, SAP JAVA, Web Dispatcher, SSL/TLS, cipher suites).
• Understanding of security principles in hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude.
• Excellent analytical skills and focus on quality.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive behavior, high willingness to learn and to drive projects.

Key tasks comprise the following:

• Supports sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
• Initiates digital service kick off for customers
• Ensures periodic service reviews to track the service quality across a range of customers
• Contributes to onboarding/transitioning customers to ECS
• Orchestrates the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
• Supports in de-escalations of critical customer situations
• Supports critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams and SAP Product Support, as applicable
• Executes technical feasibility studies / solution reviews (if applicable)
• Contributes to customer release and maintenance activities
• Supports customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services scope of engagement
• Executes and supports problem management and continuous improvement
• Support customer satisfaction surveys
• Reviews SLA service credit cases
• Supports commercial change requests
• Contributes to the liaison with different SAP stakeholders, esp. Virtual customer success partner involved in the accounts, to ensure customer success
• Supports in reviewing account status and analyzing if account needs to be transitioned to another team, based on growth in volume or complexity of the account overtime.

What you bring

• Engineering graduate with work experience as SAP technical consultant with customer facing role (consulting, IT support, IT services etc.)
• Must have exposure to SAP Basis ,SAP S/4 HANA , Azure/ AWS ( in context of SAP Green Field and Brown Field Customers)

• Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions (min. HEC & S/4HANA)

As an EOS Execution Service Specialist - you are responsible for:

• Ensure the execution of planned changes requested by customers are completed as per the activity schedule, tracking, and achieving various ambitious service KPI and SLA’s.
• Immediate execution of customer service request which are critical during special phases of the customer life cycle.
• Quick responses during escalations, ensure no service requests are impacted in the delivery phase, identifying and driving initiatives to improve the customer operations.
• Analyse customer feedback on the service request execution quality and bring about changes in a more structured and time bound manner.
• Drive feedback relevant to procedure and process with relevant teams and drive it to completion.
• Coordinate and orchestrate the work between the various teams with Strong collaboration with other units within and outside Enterprise Cloud Service units.
• Bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, to address customer pain points and enhancements in the Service Delivery
• Process improvement initiatives for daily operational activities
• Streamline standard operating procedures by focussing on automation enhancements.

What you bring

• Excellent hands-on experience in one of the areas like SAP Basis, Lifecycle events (Upgrades / Updates). Support Knowledge of products like SAP Cloud-Connector, S4 would be an added advantage.
